Album Cover Significance

I loved the day Leo and I were led by God to this unique desert spot near San Deigo and quickly filmed footage for this clip for “Face of Love.” Cars buzzed past us! I wasn’t dressed or prepared for filming. But we did it anyway, keen to produce a film clip for this song as Jesus pressed and urged us to do so.

We can struggle with vanity, worrying what others might think of our appearance. But to have a relationship with God and Jesus Christ and love is the most valuable asset and reality we can ever entangle ourselves with. God is love, and this album cover of strong, tall, spectacular mountains like the ones in the clip, with the sun’s radiant above, is to represent God sending Jesus, the exact image of the Father in human flesh – the Son of God to be our strength and protection in this world governed today but our adversary the devil. “You crushed the head of Satan. Justice came!” (Bridge lyrics, “Face of Love.”)
