Album Cover Significance

The large pink heart in the middle of this white space indicates the kind of relationship we are to have with Jesus, our Lord and Savior. To give Him all of our heart, everything about us, dedicated to His well-being and glory – giving Him glory because He’s saved us to Himself.

The Album and Songs

So many of these songs are raw on the album. What I mean by that is that they are honest. When I recorded them, the Lord Jesus had given me a deadline to finish. Leo and I were going to Sydney to participate in a Christian conference; he was teaching from the Bible, and I was to lead worship. The Lord Jesus asked if I would give the CD I was working on as a giveaway. It meant that I didn’t have much time. But it also meant I couldn’t fuss and get pedantic. I had to finish. During this time, our entire household fell ill, but I remained healthy as I worked tirelessly to meet the Lord’s deadline.

This album, “Nothing Less than All of My Heart,” is a special collection of songs. So many, dear to my heart. I was growing in the Lord, and it reflects a surrendered heart of worship. But also a life consecrated and dedicated to the Lord as we should be. The gospel calls for a changed life, and it begins with the heart. For out of the flows all the issues of life –

“Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.”
